Kelly Horvat and Kiki Meade founded the Ann Frances Outreach Foundation on May 11, 2020, after years of serving those in need. Inspired by a vision from God, they established the foundation to expand their impact. Kelly, who serves as president, brings extensive experience in community service, including Meals on Wheels and mission work across multiple countries. Kiki, the vice president, has a background in nursing homes, street outreach, and childcare. Both women find joy in helping others, especially individuals with special needs, and remain active members of their church.

Ann Frances Outreach Foundation is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable with love and compassion, bringing growth to our communities, and helping to end homelessness by partnering with trusted local businesses.
We strive to address the root causes of homelessness and provide support for individuals and families in need, including those in danger of becoming homeless or experiencing crisis situations.

She is also an active member of her church, where she leads children’s ministry, participates in praise dance, and joins mission trips. Volunteering is often a family affair for Kiki, who frequently serves alongside her two children and grandson—instilling in them a deep love for helping others.
