Ann Frances Outreach Foundation

Our mission is to address the root causes of homelessness and provide support for individuals and families in need, including those in danger of becoming homeless or experiencing crisis situations.

We serve primarily in Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties.

Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

Join us on April 25th at Vincent Mennonite Church in Spring City for our Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser. Drop in between 4 and 7 pm for a casual, fun meal supporting the Foundation's work to address the root causes of housing insecurity in Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties. DINE IN or TAKE OUT
